Founder & Managing Partner
Daniel is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. He holds a Diploma from the prestigious Hotel Management School Lausanne EHL, awarded in 1986, and further enriched his knowledge by completing the Executive MBA program at Reims Management School in 2003.

Throughout his illustrious career, Daniel has held key leadership positions with renowned hotel chains such as Shangri-La, Mandarin Oriental, Conrad, Kempinski, Marriott, and IHG.
Daniel's specialization lies in the assessment and valuation of hospitality assets for acquisition. Furthermore, he excels in the creation and optimization of concepts and operations, making him an invaluable asset to the industry.
His extensive background with over 15 years in Asia reflects a deep commitment to the growth and development of the hospitality sector.
Dr. Tom Haeusler
Founder & Partner
Tom is a seasoned professional in the legal and corporate investment industry with a vaste experience spanning over three decades.
He has graduated from the University of Basel,
Switzerland in Law in 1991 and was admitted to the Basel Bar Association in 1993. In 1996 he was awarded with summa cum laude for his dissertation on derivative financial instruments.

Throughout his career, Tom has held key positions with a number of banks, financial institutions and advisory firms, such as Coopers & Lybrand, Bank Sarasin, KPMG and VP Bank in Switzerland, the BVI and Singapore. Since 2012 he runs Latitude 1.1 Group, a Singapore based multi-family office company in Singapore.
His extensive legal and finance background is a value to Andamo Group and its investment activities.

Juergen E. Seidel
Associate Partner Engineering, Design & Development
Juergen is an accomplished professional with a robust educational background and extensive experience in the fields of engineering, project management, and hospitality.
Juergen has held key positions in Engineering and Development within renowned hospitality organizations such as Banyan Tree, Six Senses, Dusit International, Lebua Hotels & Resorts, Al Khozama Hospitality (Saudi Arabia), and Absolut Hotel Services Thailand.
His specialization lies in technical operations and design and development, where he exhibits remarkable proficiency from the conceptual stage to detailed designing across a spectrum of areas, including interiors, landscape, restaurants, kitchens, back-of-house facilities, laundry operations, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, green building practices, energy conservation, and the establishment of related systems.
Juergen's dedication to excellence and sustainability has left an indelible mark on the hospitality and engineering sectors.
Terrence Dainty
